Entrepreneurs - Established Entrepreneurs (Business already growing and successful)

Description: Experienced entrepreneurs running businesses that have been operational for many years, already growing and successful

 

Focus: Sustaining growth, diversifying operations and adapting to market dynamics.

 

Needs: Advanced business strategies, access to funding for expansion and high-level networking opportunities.

 

Entrepreneurs - Nascent Stage (Idea Stage/Prototype)

Description: Entrepreneurs in the very early stages of their journey, often with just an idea or a prototype.

 

Focus: Validating ideas, creating minimum viable products (MVPs) and understanding market needs.

 

Needs: Business mentoring, funding opportunities and workshops on ideation, prototyping and market research.

 

Entrepreneurs - New Entrepreneurs (Business in early stages)

Description: Entrepreneurs who have recently launched their business, typically within 1 to 3 years.

 

Focus: Scaling their business, building strong operational foundations and acquiring customers.

 

Needs: Knowledge about marketing strategies, financial planning and legal compliance for businesses.

 

Intrapreneurs - C-Suite Level (Top-Level Management)

Description: Top-level executives such as CEOs, CFOs and other leaders focused on driving organisational innovation.

 

Focus: Driving innovation at an organisational level, setting strategic direction and navigating complex business challenges.

 

Needs: Peer discussions, insights into global trends and frameworks for leading innovative cultures.

 

Intrapreneurs - Foundation Level (1 to 7 years)

Description: Individuals working within an organisation in the early stages of their career, typically 1 to 7 years of experience.

 

Focus: Building skills, identifying opportunities for innovation within their organisation and fostering intrapreneurial thinking.

 

Needs: Guidance on career growth, mentorship and workshops on leadership and problem-solving within the workplace.

 

Intrapreneurs - Intermediate Level (8 to 15 years)

Description: Professionals who have been contributing to their organisation for a considerable time (8 to 15 years) and are likely in mid-management or senior roles.

 

Focus: Strategic thinking, innovation management and leading impactful projects.

 

Needs: Networking opportunities, leadership training and advanced skills in change management and team building.

 

Young Adults - 16+ Teens

Description: Teenagers and young adults who are beginning to explore their interests and future career or entrepreneurial paths.

 

Focus: Building foundational skills, discovering career options and exploring their passions.

 

Needs: Mentorship, career counseling, workshops on personal development and basic entrepreneurship training.
